The Alpha Course began meeting here at 7pm on Wednesday 18th January with the Introductory Session and will continue to meet until the end of March.  Next Wednesday 25th January will be an occasion for anyone else to join the course who may wish to do so.  Please keep all those involved in the Alpha course in your prayers.

Spring Term Cards and Bookmarks are now ready for collection.

Family List additions and updates – a new addition will be printed in the New Year. If you would like to be added to the Family List or have any changes please give these to Val in the Parish Office.

We are still waiting for the 2012 Church Diaries to arrive.

Holiday Club at St Mary Magdalene 2012 – We again hope to run a Holiday Club for Children aged 5 – 11 years during the week of August 20th. If you feel that you could give the time to help with this please speak to Val Rolfe. New leaders would be most welcome.

Mission’s Gift Day – We have now received 1587.63 Gift Aid Tax Relief bringing the final total collected this year to £8811.04. Thank you to everyone who has given to this.

Inspire Pathfinder Group is in urgent need for new leaders. If you feel you can help please speak to Dan Salliss.

Musicians Needed!  Are you musically gifted? Is there a pianist and a guitarist in the congregation who has a passion for dynamic worship music, who loves to worship God, and now feels a calling that it is the right time to play in the informal band and praise God's wonders through sharing this talent? Please speak to Ashley Mills or Val Rolfe.

Difficulty getting to church? - We want to set up a car rota for people who, for various reasons, are unable to get to church on a Sunday. We need volunteers able to offer a lift to and from church once a month. We also need to hear from people needing a lift to church. If you can offer any help please see Ron Striebig.

Anna Chapman Sings - A recital featuring a wonderful selection of operatic arias to be held in St Barnabas Chapel, Croydon University Hospital, 3pm Sunday 12th February. No charge but reserving a place advised. Free parking.
