Christ's Love in the Heart of the Community

We warmly invite you to join us at St Mary's. You will be struck by the diversity of our community, which is a rich mixture of people of all ages, cultures and from different walks of life. The church is fully inclusive and no matter what your background, history or current understanding of the Christian faith, you are warmly invited. The best way to get to know us is to join us on Sunday at one of our meetings or turn up to any of the activities going on.

St. Mary Magdalene church is part of the Church of England and is located in Addiscombe on the eastern outskirts of Croydon. The parish, 'St. Mary Magdalene with St. Martin', which was formed as a result of an amalgamation with a neighbouring parish in the 1990s, is in the Central Croydon Deanery and part of the Croydon Area within the Diocese of Southwark.

A copy of the Parish Profile is available for you to download. It contains lots of useful information about St Mary's and the associated Parish.

Tower Appeal

The proposed works to the tower and forecourt will significantly enhance the welcome and accessibility of the church building and facilitate the church being open during the week for people in the community to ‘pop-in’ and pray.

We very much hope you will be able to support these exciting plans generously, which will help ensure that St. Mary’s remains a significant place of worship and ongoing witness to the gospel in Croydon for generations to come.
